Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Online Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, items purchased through our online store may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be attached and included.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. To initiate a return, please contact us first so that we can provide return instructions and arrange the process.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or store credit has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-orders are clearly identified throughout the browsing, checkout, and purchase process. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept the estimated production and delivery timelines provided.

If a customer requests to cancel an order because they did not read or were unaware that the item was a pre-order, a refund may be granted at our discretion. Any refund issued in these circumstances will be less the non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by our payment provider at the time of purchase.

These transaction fees are incurred immediately when payment is processed and cannot be recovered by us.

In-Store Purchases

All purchases made directly from us at markets, events, pop-up shops, or other physical retail locations are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these purchases unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or where an item is found to be defective.

Purchases from Retailers

If you purchased one of our products from a third-party retailer, stockist, gift shop, bookstore, or other authorised reseller, that retailer's return and refund policy will apply.

Please contact the retailer directly regarding any returns, exchanges, or refunds, as we are unable to process returns for products purchased through another business.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
