Customers may purchase products directly through our website, subject to availability.

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, while others may be available for immediate purchase and dispatch.

Products offered as pre-orders will be clearly identified throughout the browsing, checkout, and purchase process, together with an estimated shipping timeframe.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to secure products before they are available for immediate dispatch.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, freight delays, customs processes, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines are estimates only and may change.

Should any significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

As a thank you for supporting our products before they arrive, pre-order customers may receive access to special launch pricing that is not available once products are in stock.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or entered production.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Products sold as pre-orders are clearly identified throughout the browsing and checkout process.

If a customer requests cancellation because they did not read or were unaware that the product was a pre-order, a refund may be granted at our discretion. Any refund issued in these circumstances will be less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by our payment provider.

These fees are incurred immediately when payment is processed and cannot be recovered by us.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to:

• Stock shortages

• Pricing errors

• Product discontinuation

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where we cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
