Pre-Orders

Many of our products are offered as pre-orders. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order product is clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the stated shipping date is an estimate only. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, production, manufacturing, freight, customs, and other factors beyond our control may occasionally result in delays.

Should any significant changes occur, we will keep customers informed with updates via email or our social media channels.

Thank you for supporting us through pre-orders. As a token of appreciation, pre-order customers may receive access to special launch pricing that is not available once products are in stock.

In-Stock Orders

Orders for products that are in stock will typically be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier network.

Courier Service

We ship using The Courier Guy and other trusted courier partners where necessary.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most major cities, towns, and residential areas within South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to addresses located within informal settlements due to courier service limitations and delivery restrictions imposed by our courier partners.

If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your address, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to assist and explore alternative delivery options where possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Customs or freight delays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
